Designed to be an environment conducive to ideation and experimentation, C-hub provides student entrepreneurs with hands-on creative opportunities to encourage them to design, experiment, build and invent using the principles of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). The space will be available during and after class, both on a drop-in basis and for scheduled blocks of class time. Students can make use of TYPES OF TOOLS AND RESOURCES.
C-hub reflects our desire to provide CHIREC students with an environment that matches their passion. To encourage the students to see themselves as real-world designers, makers and entrepreneurs, C-hub’s space features visual and physical connections between areas, niche areas for small group work, white boards and mobile storage units that allow for various spatial configurations.
